We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights when we visited Rome. The location is good, walkable distance from the Colosseum, but that’s pretty much it. The hotel itself is not clean. It’s also pretty smelly. We try to open the window to get some fresh air but it didn’t help much. Their hair dryer is nasty and looks like a vacuum cleaner. How difficult is it a have a normal hair dryer? They also try to cut cost by shutting down the hot water periodically, so I wasn’t even able to take a hot shower for the first night.
The worst part is that when we were heading out, the receptionist lady, Mary, happened to pass by, and she walked straight into our room without our permission, to check if we have turned off the AC and lights. She has zero sense of privacy. You don’t walk into your guest’s room just like that. This is unacceptable to me.
We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Labelle. Room was tidy and spacious. Location was perfect, near to many sights, restaurants and cafeterias. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
We really enjoyed the stay. The staff was super nice and helpful. I only remember Marco's name but super friendly. The room was a good size for the price and as others mention its extremely close to the colosseum which is amazing.

This boutique hotel is really close to all the main attractions and there is an abundance of places to eat as well. The property is clean and tastefully decorated, the staff was beyond amazing. Well worth the price.
The staff has been amazing. So helpful and nice. The location of this hotel could not be better!! Walking distance to many ruins/sites. Lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores on the same block.
The hotel was very clean and had all the necessary facilities to make as feel comfortable with our accommodations. The owner was very friendly and willing to give us all the necessary directions for the means of transport that we should take. The location was good, 15-20 minutes walk from any place we wanted to go.

Take the elevator to the 3rd floor for reception…or you will feel lost like we were.
